Description
NEW IN : SERVICE STEWARDESS
87m Private & Charter - motor
Full time role with 4:1 rotation
Salary : Negotiable ( Paid in Euros )
Med season with no plans yet for the winter. 4-5 months owner usage
Working with a team of 4 with the Lead Service main point of call
Duties will include preparation of drinks along with food service
Organisation of the pantry and preparations for daily use
Guest service is informal with the family but on occasions formal with VIP guests
Must be a team player and willing to support the interior team as and when needed
Competent in formal service, knowledge of wines and cocktails and confident with barista duties
Experience to be considered : 1 year on super-yachts in a service role
1 year in a high end restaurant/hotels worldwide - AA Rosette, Silver Service, Michelin Star, Awards for excellence
STCW, ENG1, SILVER SERVICE TRAINING, F&H2, HOTEL/RESTAURANT CERTIFICATE
Start date for the is exciting new role is middle of September in the Med
