Vessel : 87m motor yacht
Registered : Private
Rotation : 3:1
Salary : Negotiable, paid in euros
Required experience to be considered : 3 solid years previous exp on 60m+ in a service role or senior service at a high end restaurant/hotel
Start date : Actively looking now
The CS is looking for someone that is calm under pressure & has high standards of silver service. The service level is extremely high onboard with 3 extravagant table settings every day.
You must be competent in all aspects of service from table settings, silver service using folk and spoon and presenting wines to the guests, cocktail making and comfortable working in the bar area. Housekeeping is also essential within the role
