Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role on yachts or in a luxury hospitality environment
• Relevant nursing/medical qualifications and certifications
• Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation where applicable
• Valid passport and medical certificate
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multinational crew environment
• Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to charter schedules
