Job Description

A fantastic 75m Private/Charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced and versatile Stewardess to join its busy dual-season programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded interior professional who enjoys variety and is confident working across both service and housekeeping.

The yacht operates to high standards and the successful candidate will need to be ready to hit the ground running. The vessel will be operating in Europe before heading directly to the USA, therefore the ability to work in both regions is essential.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Delivering high standards of guest service throughout private and charter operations.
• Performing housekeeping duties to a high superyacht standard.
• Preparing guest areas, cabins, and common spaces before and during trips.
• Assisting with service, table setting, beverage service, and guest requests.
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the interior.
• Working flexibly between service and housekeeping according to operational requirements.
• Supporting the interior team during busy charter periods.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience onboard a busy yacht.
• Strong practical skills in both service and housekeeping.
• Previous charter yacht experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a close-knit team.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-pressure environment.
• Valid B1/B2 visa is essential due to the yacht's planned USA programme.
• Valid STCW certification and medical fitness documentation.
• Immediate availability in Europe is required.

Employment Details

• Salary: EUR 3,500 per month
