CHIEF STEWARDESS REQUIRED FOR A 50M PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT
Start date: May 2023
Itinerary: Mediterranean Sea for the summer – then Red Sea, Jeddah - occasional trips to the Seychelles / Med.
Candidates applying should have great experience managing both service and housekeeping and have a can-do, positive attitude. Excellent admin skills, communication skills and be highly proficient at Excel, word and outlook. Experience in the use of Yacht management software such as IDEA and pinpoint works. The service is formal (plated, silver service and most importantly, formal banquets and buffets) but also informal A-la-carte breakfasts, BBQ’s etc. The boat is purely private but different aspects of the family will use the boat from time to time. They are running with a crew of 10 with 3-4 in the interior depending on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
· STCW95
· ENG1
· 3yrs + experience as Chief stewardess on 45-65m
· Running a team of three-four
· Preferably years of service experience in hospitality prior to yachting
