Job Description:
Join OSM Thome as Messman on a passenger ocean cruise vessel trading in Spain. Work at sea in an international crew, keeping the mess rooms clean, tidy and well-stocked for both officers and ratings.

Key Responsibilities:
· Keep mess rooms, pantries and dining areas clean and orderly
· Set up tables for meals and clear them after service
· Assist with washing dishes, cutlery and galley equipment
· Refill drinking water, coffee, tea and other mess room supplies
· Collect and dispose of garbage in line with vessel procedures
· Support the cook and galley staff as required

Requirements:
· Previous messman or steward experience at sea preferred
· Valid seafarer documents and medical certificate
· Basic safety training (STCW) as per regulations
· Good level of English for shipboard communication
· Hard-working, reliable and willing to work in shifts
· Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
