Join OSM Thome as a Galley Utility on an ocean cruise passenger vessel sailing from Spain. Work with an international crew, support the galley team, and help keep a clean, safe and efficient food preparation area for guests and crew.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist cooks and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and service
· Clean galley areas, equipment, utensils and storerooms
· Handle garbage separation and disposal according to vessel procedures
· Wash dishes, pots and pans, and keep working areas tidy at all times
· Support loading, storing and rotating of provisions and supplies
· Follow all hygiene, safety and HACCP standards on board

Requirements:
· Previous experience in galley or kitchen work, preferably at sea or in hospitality
· Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe work practices
· Valid seafarer documents and medical certificates as required
· Ability to work in shifts, under pressure, and as part of a multicultural team
· Good communication in English
· Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
