Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Cooks to join a General Cargo Vessel with immediate joining. The role involves meal preparation for crew members while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of daily meals for crew
• Menu planning and food inventory control
• Maintaining galley cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Compliance with food safety and company procedures
• Proper storage and handling of provisions
Requirements:
• Valid Cook certificate as per STCW 2010
• Minimum 2 completed contracts on General Cargo vessels
• All documents with minimum 18 months validity
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
