Job Description
TOS People is currently recruiting an experienced Night Cook to join an Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) operating in the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals during night shifts, maintaining food hygiene standards, supporting galley operations, and ensuring high-quality catering services for the crew throughout the voyage.
This opportunity is ideal for offshore catering professionals with previous OSV or offshore vessel experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals during night shifts.
- Assist with daily food preparation and menu planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the galley.
- Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
- Monitor galley inventories and provisions.
- Comply with food safety, HSE, and company procedures.
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety activities.
- Support overall catering operations onboard.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous offshore experience as Cook or Night Cook preferred.
- Valid STCW 2010 Basic Safety Training certificates.
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and catering operations.
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service.
