Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Night Cook to join a Jack-Up Vessel operating in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving meals during night shifts, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and galley operations. This role is ideal for candidates with offshore catering experience and the ability to work independently during night operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving meals for crew members during night shifts
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley
• Managing food storage and stock control in accordance with company procedures
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Supporting catering operations and maintaining accurate inventory records

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• STCW Security Awareness / Designated Security Duties (SA/DSD)
• Hygiene Course Certificate
• Valid Cook Certificate
• Previous offshore experience is preferred

• Contract Duration: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation
