- Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with company catering standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley while ensuring compliance with HACCP procedures.
- Manage food storage, inventory, and stock rotation.
- Follow food handling and safety regulations at all times.
- Support efficient day-to-day galley operations onboard.

- Valid STCW certificates
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Valid BOSIET/HUET & CA-EBS certificate
- STCW Security Awareness (SA) or Designated Security Duties (DSD)
- Marlins Test
