Job Description:
TOS is currently looking for a Day Cook to join a Jack-up Vessel in the UK, starting on 10th May, with a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation. Candidates must have valid UK working rights and the required certifications listed below. If you are interested, please send your CV.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Preparation and cooking of daily meals for crew and personnel onboard
· Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the galley and mess areas
· Assistance with food stock management, provisions, and storage
· Compliance with all safety management systems, catering policies, and health regulations
· General kitchen duties and support of catering operations as required

Requirements:
· Valid UK working rights – mandatory
· COC (Certificate of Competency as Cook / Ships Cook CoC)
· STCW (Basic Safety Training, Designated Security Duties – DSD)
· ENG1 (UK Medical Certificate)
· Seaman's Book
· Passport
· Chester Step certificate (or equivalent food safety / hygiene course)
· GWO Working at Heights (valid for no more than 1 year)
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience as Day Cook on jack-up vessels, offshore units, or similar
· Availability: Must be available to start on 10th May for 5 weeks on/off rotation
