Job Description:
Chief Cook manages galley operations, meal planning, food preparation, and hygiene standards for all crew and officers onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily meals for crew and officers.
• Manage food inventory and storage.
• Ensure galley hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Plan menus considering dietary and cultural preferences.
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates and Ship’s Cook Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Chief Cook.
• Knowledge of international and Asian cuisines.
• Good English communication.
Employment Details:
