Job Description:

A maritime operator is currently seeking an experienced Cook to join a Windfarm Installation Jack-Up Vessel supporting offshore renewable energy projects in Danish waters. The vessel is engaged in windfarm installation operations, providing accommodation and operational support for offshore technicians and crew.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for the vessel’s crew and ensuring proper food handling and hygiene standards in accordance with maritime and offshore regulations.

Candidates must possess valid offshore and safety certifications required for working on renewable energy offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Preparing daily meals for crew members according to vessel schedules
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Managing galley inventory, food storage, and provisioning
• Ensuring compliance with offshore catering and food safety regulations
• Supporting overall crew welfare through proper meal planning and service

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) for Cook
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• GWO Working at Height (WAH) – completed within the last year
• GWO Sea Survival (SS)
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 4 weeks
