2. Bosiet + TSBB 
3. Seaman Book 
4. Full report Offshore Medical (Petronas/OGUK) 
5. Food Handling Cert 
6. Food Handler Medical (include Typhoid, HEP A+B, Stool Culture Test) 
7. Covid Vaccination Cert 
8. Yellow Fever
