Job Description:
An experienced Assistant Cook is required to join an offshore vessel with ASAP embarkation. The successful candidate will support the catering team with meal preparation and galley operations while ensuring compliance with onboard hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with preparing meals for offshore personnel.
Support the catering team with food preparation and kitchen operations.
Maintain clean and hygienic galley areas.
Assist with food storage and stock control.
Follow food hygiene, safety, and onboard procedures.
Requirements:
Valid Passport
Valid Seaman’s Book
Valid UK Work Permit
Valid BOSIET
Valid CA-EBS
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical certificate in accordance with STCW requirements
Previous offshore / catering experience preferred
Availability to join ASAP
