Description
Join our team on the ARGEO VENTURE, an Offshore Seismic/Research Vessel flagged in the Bahamas. We are currently looking for a 2nd Cook (2/C) / Assistant Cook to work worldwide, with the joining port in Bergen, Norway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals for the crew
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and regulations in the galley
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook on a vessel
- Basic understanding of maritime kitchen operations
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Valid STCW certification and medical fitness for sea duty
