Holiday: 60days
Salary: 6,000 euros (annual pay rise and 13th bonus at owners discretion)
Probation: 3 months
Requirements: STCW, ENG1, Ships Cook Cert,Security awareness duties
No tattoos
Non smoker
We are looking for a Sous Chef to cater
for a crew (full complement of 28 with sometimes an additional 2-3 staff on occasion). As well as assisting the Head Chef in creating well-presented and high-quality cuisine for guests with high standards and expectations. The crew have various dietary requirements including several vegetarians and one allergy to shellfish; ideally, I need someone that can cater for varied tastes and is good at making varied and healthy food and could be capable of being sole chef for crew during passages and refit periods.
