Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all catering operations on board the vessel
- Ensure the provision of nutritious and well-balanced meals to the crew, in compliance with dietary requirements and company standards
- Manage the inventory and ordering of food, beverages, and other supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley, mess rooms, and accommodation areas
- Train and supervise the catering staff, ensuring their compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and control the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high crew satisfaction
