Set sail with us as a Chief Cook (C/C) on an international adventure aboard a chemical tanker. Embark on this opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for preparing high-quality meals for our seafarers.
Prepare and cook meals for the crew and officers preserving high standards of hygiene and safety.
Plan menus and manage food provisioning efficiently.
Maintain inventory and manage kitchen supplies and equipment diligently.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chief Cook on chemical tankers or similar vessels.
Possess relevant maritime certifications and culinary qualifications.
Exceptional cooking skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
Fluency in English with good communication skills.
