Description
We are seeking a Chef to join this Private Superyacht to start cruising in the beautiful Islands of the South Pacific.
Chef for Private 50m M/Y (Ref: HRC-LR-1731)
Work Type: Permanent
** Candidates currently in Australia/New Zealand will be given first consideration **
Start Date: by Mid-November 2022
Itinerary: South Pacific
Package: Competitive Salary paid in AUD, 4 weeks leave
Experience/Skills required:
Minimum 1 year's experience as Sole Chef on a similar sized yacht, with extensive high end restaurant background
Possess the ability to provide a varied repertoire of delicacies for the Owners, Guests and Crew
Provide a well balanced and healthy regime with excellent attention to hygiene and safety
Excellent provisioning, budgeting and stock control
Be able to adapt well to change and last minute schedules
Professional appearance
Qualifications required:
STCW (Fully Up-dated) inlc. PDSD
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with min 6 months’ validity)
Food safety & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
Ship’s Cook Certificate (preferred)
Covid Vaccinations (at Client’s request)
Male only due to cabin arrangements
Non smoker/no visible tattoos
