Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and create pastries and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in managing the pastry section and ensuring the highest quality of food presentation.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
Collaborate with fellow chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a reputable kitchen.
