Schedule: Med for the summer – Caribbean for the winter TBC
We are looking for a well-presented fantastic Charter Chef with Charter Chef. Experience in a Michelin Star restaurant would be beneficial.
Someone who has a background and training in a high quality, fast paced environment capable of producing amazing food. Candidates need to be flexible and add positively to the crew dynamic and integrate well.
The vessel is currently in France and there is an upcoming guest trip early June. 4 weeks of charter booked, and they are hoping for around 10weeks this summer.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
- STCW/ENG1
- True NON SMOKER
- Working in a Michelin Star Restaurant is a bonus.
- Yacht & Charter experience is needed.
- Candidates already located in Europe will be given 1st preference.
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
