Description
Temporary 3rd Chef - 80m private/Charter M/Y (Ref: HRC-EDJ-1789)
Start: December 3rd - duration TBC
Location: Middle East
Salary information: Daily Rate in Euros inclusive of leave
Experience/attributes required:
* Culinary trained
* Ideally at least 6-12 months' previous experience in a similar position on yachts or several years’ experience in high-end chalets, restaurants or hotels
* You will be working closely with the Head Chef and 2nd chef and you will be helping to cook for approx. 28 crew
* Positive outlook and flexible
* Team player and happy to take instructions from management
Qualifications required:
* Professionally trained chef
* STCW (fully updated) with PSA
* Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
* Seafarer's Medical Certificate
* Seafarer's Discharge Book
* Yellow Fever vaccination
* Covid vaccinations - initial vaccines and booster (client request)
Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Non-smokers/no visible tattoos
