Job Description

Select Offshore is looking for experienced Camp Bosses to join its offshore catering crew database for upcoming projects.

The Camp Boss will oversee catering and accommodation services, coordinate daily camp operations, manage catering personnel, and ensure that high standards of service, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily catering and camp operations.
• Coordinate the work of cooks, stewards, and other catering personnel.
• Monitor food supplies, stock levels, and provisions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in catering and accommodation areas.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements.
• Support efficient delivery of onboard catering services.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Camp Boss, preferably in offshore operations.
• Experience supervising catering or hospitality teams.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and accommodation standards.
• Relevant offshore visas or work permits are an advantage.
