Job Description

Vinarco is recruiting an experienced Camp Boss to supervise catering and housekeeping operations onboard an offshore jack-up drilling rig in Songkhla, Thailand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the catering and accommodation services, supervising the hospitality team and ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and service for offshore personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise catering, galley, laundry and housekeeping operations.
• Manage catering and hospitality personnel and allocate daily duties.
• Monitor food provisions, inventory and catering supplies.
• Coordinate meal planning and ensure food service meets crew requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with offshore HSE procedures and food safety standards.
• Prepare relevant catering reports and inventory records.

Requirements

• Thai nationality – candidates from Thailand are invited to apply.
• Previous experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar supervisory catering position.
• Relevant offshore catering experience is preferred.
• Previous experience on jack-up drilling rigs or offshore installations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation and catering management.
• Good leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a multicultural catering team.
• Relevant professional qualifications and certificates, where applicable.
• Valid offshore safety training and medical fitness certification, as required by the employer.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
