High Tide Ship Management is urgently hiring qualified and experienced crew for upcoming Fast Crew Boat (DP / Non-DP) projects. The company operates modern high-speed crew transfer vessels serving offshore oil and gas fields. Crew members will work in a dynamic environment ensuring safe and efficient transport of personnel and equipment between offshore platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and maneuvering of Fast Crew Boats during offshore operations
• Monitoring and maintaining all navigational and communication equipment
• Overseeing crew safety, drills, and compliance with ISM Code
• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of vessel machinery and systems
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 2 years’ rank experience in same vessel type
• Only valid STCW / DP-certified candidates will be considered
