Job Description:
The Completion Worker Supervisor leads field crews in executing completion operations, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering designs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise field technicians and contractors during completion operations
• Verify equipment readiness and ensure procedural compliance
• Maintain accurate job logs and report progress to engineers
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for materials supply
• Promote safety culture and quality performance on-site

Requirements:
• Technical diploma or degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in well completion operations
• Knowledge of downhole tools and hydraulic systems
• Valid offshore medical and safety certification
• Good communication and team leadership skills
• English proficiency required
