Job Description:
We are currently building a pool of experienced Lifting Supervisors for upcoming offshore energy and maritime projects worldwide. This is not tied to a specific vacancy but forms part of a strategic recruitment campaign to connect with qualified professionals ready for future offshore mobilization.
As an Offshore Lifting Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all lifting operations onboard offshore vessels and installations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with international regulations and project requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining safety standards and operational integrity across lifting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating all offshore lifting operations
• Preparing and executing lifting plans in a safe and controlled manner
• Supervising riggers and deck crews during lifting activities
• Ensuring all lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and properly used
• Conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, and operational meetings
• Identifying risks and implementing effective control measures
• Coordinating with bridge, deck, and project teams for operational alignment
• Ensuring compliance with lifting regulations, company procedures, and industry standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar offshore role
• Valid offshore safety certifications
• Recognized lifting qualification (Lifting Supervisor, LOLER Competent Person, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of lifting regulations, rigging techniques, and safe lifting practices
• Ability to read and develop lifting plans and risk assessments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High safety awareness and ability to work in multicultural offshore teams
