Job Description: The Drilling Superintendent will oversee all drilling operations at Malaysian projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution. This role involves managing personnel, resources, and technical processes onshore and offshore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise drilling teams and wellsite operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams
• Monitor drilling performance and optimize processes
• Report operational progress to management
Requirements:
• STCW or relevant offshore certification (if applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Excellent English communication
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling supervision
