The Rig Superintendent will oversee overall drilling operations for a North Sea Offshore Drilling Project starting end of January 2026, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and coordination between departments.

• Managing daily drilling operations
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and company standards
• Supervising offshore teams and contractors
• Reporting operational performance

• Valid STCW certificates (as required)
• OGUK Offshore Medical Certificate
• BOSIET / FOET / HUET with EBS or CA-EBS
• MIST / IMIST
• Extensive offshore drilling experience in a supervisory role
• Strong English communication skills
