Job Description:
We are recruiting experienced and qualified crew members for Ro-Ro Passenger Vessels managed under European flag.
Employment is regulated in Italy, with full health and social contributions paid according to Italian law.
Rotation options: 2 months on / 1 month off or 4 months on / 3 months off, depending on vessel schedule and assignment.
Only EU nationals may apply.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing operational and maintenance tasks according to rank
• Ensuring vessel safety, environmental compliance, and efficient operations
• Supporting teamwork and high standards of onboard service and maintenance
• Following all STCW, ISM, and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Only EU nationals
• Previous experience in similar position or vessel type preferred
