Job Description:
Crew members will work in an international environment providing luxury sailing experiences for guests across Europe and international waters. The company offers rotational contracts, dynamic onboard operations, and opportunities to work on traditional sailing vessels with multinational crews.

• Helmsman
• Engineer
• Bosun / Deckhand
• Host / Hostess
• Chef
• Steward / Stewardess
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and operation of sailing yachts
• Maintenance of deck, engine, and onboard equipment
• Assisting guests and ensuring high hospitality standards
• Participation in sailing maneuvers and daily vessel operations
• Compliance with maritime safety procedures and company regulations
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate (ENG1 preferred)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous sailing yacht or maritime experience preferred
• Seaman’s Book and relevant CoC certificates for applicable positions
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Approximately 2-month rotations
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
