A-Z Yachting Ltd. is seeking experienced and professional yacht crew members to join private and charter motor yachts operating worldwide. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for service, seamanship, and excellence at sea.

• Lead Deckhand
• Deckhand
• Chief Steward
• Housekeeping Steward
• Steward
• 2nd Steward
• Sole Chef

Requirements:

• Valid STCW and Seafarer’s Medical (ENG1) certificates.
• B1/B2 Visa is essential; Schengen visa preferred.
• Previous experience onboard private or charter yachts.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and discretion.

Employment Details:

• Contract Type: MLC-compliant SEA (Standard Employment Agreement)
• Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)
• Location: Worldwide (rotational or permanent positions available)
