Job Description:
Lighthouse Careers is currently seeking qualified and motivated crew members for a Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide. The yacht is preparing for a new season starting in mid-October. Positions are available across Deck, Engineering, and Interior departments. Candidates must have relevant yachting experience (6–12 months preferred) and hold valid maritime certificates.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and vessel operations (Deck & Bridge team)
• Technical maintenance and troubleshooting (Engineering team)
• Culinary preparation and galley management (Chefs)
• Housekeeping, service, and guest care (Interior team)
• Supporting overall yacht operations and maintaining high service standards

Requirements:
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• B1/B2 visa
• Schengen visa-free exemption or EU residency
• Entry-level yachting qualifications (or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 months – 1 year yachting experience

• Contract Duration: Seasonal, starting mid-October
