Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting vessel operations, guest services, culinary services, deck maintenance, and overall yacht management while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and efficient yacht operations
- Maintain compliance with maritime safety regulations and company procedures
- Navigate and manage vessel operations where applicable
- Operate and maintain chase boats and auxiliary craft
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Perform deck maintenance, mooring, and tender operations
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest and crew areas
- Support daily yacht activities and onboard operations
- Maintain professional conduct and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position onboard Motor Yachts preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport and seafarer documentation
- Yacht-related certificates relevant to the position
- Good English communication skills
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural crew environment
- Physically fit and available for deployment
