• Deliver excellent service and maintain company hospitality standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Follow onboard safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of assigned work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.
• Previous cruise ship or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness (as applicable).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work and live onboard for the full contract duration.
• Contract Duration: 6–8 months (renewable upon performance)
