Candidates for Ro-Ro/Ro-Pax Passenger Vessel (EU)

Location: Europe / Italy (Italian Flag)

Job Description:

We are hiring seafarers for urgent embarkation on RoRo and RoPax vessels operating under the Italian flag.
The company offers stable employment, official contracts, and full social security contributions. Previous experience on RoRo / RoPax vessels is considered an advantage.

Contract duration is 4 months, with competitive salaries depending on the position.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Safe and efficient operation of the vessel according to rank
 • Compliance with company, flag state, and international maritime regulations
 • Proper watchkeeping and maintenance of equipment
 • Teamwork and adherence to onboard safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Valid medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • European nationality
 • Previous experience on RoRo / RoPax vessels is an advantage

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 4 months
• Salary:

• 2nd Engineer – €5,200
• Electrician – €3,300
• 2nd Officer – €3,600
• 3rd Officer – €3,400
• Truck Driver – €3,300
• AB – €3,100
• 3rd Engineer – €3,300
• OS – €2,500
   • Benefits:

• After 2 years of employment, unemployment benefits up to 80% of salary (for 2 years)
