A luxury yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced hospitality, deck, culinary, and medical professionals for deployment onboard Private and Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, yacht operations support, luxury hospitality, culinary excellence, housekeeping management, and onboard medical care while maintaining the highest standards expected in the superyacht industry.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with previous yachting or luxury hospitality experience who are passionate about providing world-class service in an international environment.

Deck Department
- Chief Officer / 1st Mate — EUR (€) 8,000/month
- Lead Deckhand — EUR (€) 4,800/month
- Deckhand — EUR (€) 4,200/month
Galley Department
- Executive / Head Chef — USD ($) 12,000/month
- Chef de Partie / 3rd Chef — EUR (€) 6,000/month
Interior Department
- Chief Steward(ess) — EUR (€) 7,000/month
- Steward(ess) — EUR (€) 4,000/month
- Service Steward(ess) — EUR (€) 3,500/month
Medical Department
- Nurse — EUR (€) 4,500/month
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality onboard
- Maintain luxury yacht presentation and operational standards
- Support navigation, deck, and tender operations where applicable
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Manage housekeeping, laundry, and interior service operations
- Provide professional food and beverage service
- Deliver medical care and emergency response support where required
- Ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and comfort at all times
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht, Superyacht, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package where applicable
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Relevant professional qualifications for specialized positions
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in multinational yacht environments
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and service excellence
