Job Description
An international yacht and maritime operator is currently recruiting experienced hospitality, engineering, and deck professionals to join Motor Yachts and Expedition Vessels operating worldwide.
The company is seeking qualified crew members with relevant yacht, expedition vessel, cruise, or luxury hospitality experience. Successful candidates will contribute to safe vessel operations and provide high-quality service to guests and crew.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned position and company procedures.
- Support safe and efficient yacht and expedition vessel operations.
- Maintain machinery, equipment, guest areas, cabins, and service spaces as applicable.
- Prepare high-quality meals and manage galley operations for culinary positions.
- Deliver professional hospitality and guest services.
- Supervise housekeeping and interior operations where applicable.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable maritime, STCW, HSE, and company standards.
- Work effectively within a professional multinational crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the relevant position.
- Previous experience on Motor Yachts, Expedition Vessels, Superyachts, Cruise Vessels, or similar vessels preferred.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package as applicable to the position.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Valid Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong professional attitude, teamwork, and safety awareness.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
Position-Specific Requirements
- Chief Engineer: Valid Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC) and relevant engineering experience.
- 2nd Officer: Valid Deck Officer CoC and relevant navigation experience.
- Executive / Head Chef: Professional culinary qualifications and proven luxury/yacht or expedition experience.
- Sole Chef: Proven experience managing galley operations independently.
- Head of Housekeeping: Previous supervisory housekeeping experience in a luxury yacht, hotel, or expedition environment.
- Chief Steward / Stewardess: Previous senior interior or luxury hospitality experience.
- Housekeeping Steward / Stewardess: Relevant housekeeping and guest-service experience.
- Steward / Stewardess: Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or yacht interior experience.
- Cook / Steward(ess): Combined culinary and interior service experience preferred.
