• Supporting daily service operations and guest-related activities
• Maintaining equipment, inventory, and cleanliness in designated areas
• Coordinating with supervisors and department heads for smooth operations

• Valid STCW certificates (for applicable positions)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous cruise / hotel experience preferred (depending on position)
