Job Description:
A 38m new build motor yacht operating in private and charter sectors is currently recruiting English-speaking crew members. The vessel will be based in Italy and Greece. Candidates with previous experience on similar size yachts are preferred. European passports only.
Open Positions:
• Captain
• First Officer (OOW 500GT required)
• Deckhand
• Engineer
• Chief Stewardess
• 2nd Stewardess
• Chef
Additional notes for First Officer:
• Previous experience on new build projects is a bonus
• 60% deck / 40% bridge duties
• Open for junior/green officers
Additional notes for Chef:
• Culinary education required
• Strong Asian cuisine background preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient vessel operations
• Maintaining high service and safety standards onboard
• Supporting guest operations during private and charter trips
• Ensuring proper maintenance of assigned departments
• Working effectively within an international crew team

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate
• Seaman’s book
• Proficiency in English communication
• European passport only
• Previous experience on similar size yachts preferred
• Professional attitude and strong team spirit
