Hill Robinson is seeking qualified and motivated crew members for Charter and Private Motor Yachts operating worldwide. We are recruiting for both deck, engineering, hospitality, and medical positions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional international team in the luxury yacht industry.

Entry-Level Qualifications (or equivalent):

• STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
 • ENG1 (valid Seafarer Medical Certificate)
 • Valid Driver’s License
 • Fluent English communication

Key Responsibilities (general for all roles):

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with international standards and company procedures
 • Maintain safety, security, and operational excellence onboard
 • Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring guest comfort and safety
 • Work as part of a multicultural international team
