Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned position and department
- Deliver exceptional guest service standards
- Prepare and present food according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support smooth day-to-day cruise operations
- Work effectively within an international multicultural team
- Comply with company policies and cruise industry regulations
Requirements
General Requirements
- Cruise line experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel in the same role
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong customer service and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Open to India-based applicants only
Culinary Positions
- Professional culinary background
- Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred
- Knowledge of international cuisine and food safety standards
Housekeeping Position
- Previous housekeeping or accommodation service experience preferred
- Attention to detail and guest satisfaction focus
