Job Description:

Alpha Magsaysay is currently recruiting experienced maritime professionals for AIDA Cruises.

The company is seeking qualified candidates for positions within the Deck and Engine Departments. Applicants must have relevant experience in the position applied for, good English communication skills, and valid employment documents.

The recruitment opportunity is valid until 30 October 2026.

Deck Department:

• Security Guard
• Fireman
• Deck Utility

Engine Department:

• Engine Utility
• Hotel Fitter
• Plumber
• Assistant Electrician
• Junior HVAC Engineer
• HVAC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform all duties associated with the assigned position safely and efficiently onboard the cruise vessel.
• Support deck, safety, fire prevention, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or engine-room operations according to the assigned role.
• Follow company procedures, vessel safety management systems, and applicable maritime regulations.
• Participate in emergency drills, inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional standards, good housekeeping, and safe working conditions onboard.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in the related position.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid documents.
• Relevant professional certificates and qualifications applicable to the position.
• Valid STCW and medical certificates where required for the assigned position.
• Candidates must meet all applicable AIDA Cruises and company requirements.
