Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support safe passenger and cargo operations
- Conduct navigation, watchkeeping, and vessel maneuvering activities
- Maintain vessel machinery, equipment, and onboard systems
- Carry out inspections, maintenance, and repair work
- Ensure compliance with HSE, ISM, and maritime safety regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
- Deliver professional passenger and hospitality services where applicable
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid maritime license and certification appropriate to rank
- Previous experience on Ro-Ro vessels preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Schengen Visa is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- All certificates and documents must be valid
Officer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to rank
- Previous experience in the same rank preferred
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
Engineering Requirements
- Valid engineering license and endorsements
- Experience maintaining marine engines and auxiliary systems
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Catering & Hotel Department Requirements
- Previous passenger vessel or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of food hygiene and customer service standards
- Ability to work in an international service environment
