Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and effective performance of all deck-department tasks according to rank
• Strict compliance with cruise-industry safety protocols and maritime regulations
• Maintenance of deck equipment, safety gear, and work areas
• Participation in emergency drills and safety operations
• Cooperative work within a diverse, multinational crew environment

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
• Relevant experience on cruise liners or commercial vessels
• Strong English communication skills for daily operations and safety procedures
• Excellent knowledge of onboard safety; advanced safety certification where required
• Clean background check and verifiable references
• Good physical condition and ability to work in a multinational environment
• For security roles: recognized maritime or corporate security certifications
• For technical/trade positions: relevant professional qualifications and proven skills
