Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members for a private/charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will join a professional, guest-oriented yacht environment and will be responsible for delivering high standards of safety, service, and operational efficiency according to maritime and yachting industry standards.

• Chief Engineer – EUR (€)9,000
• AV / IT Officer – EUR (€)6,500
• 2nd Engineer – USD ($)6,000
• Bosun – USD ($)7,000
• Deckhand – EUR (€)3,000
• Chief Steward – DOE
• Head of Housekeeping – EUR (€)5,000
• Butler – DOE
• Service Steward – DOE
• Spa Therapist / Steward – EUR (€)4,500
• Yoga / Pilates Instructor – EUR (€)4,000

Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid Schengen Visa / Visa-Free Exemption (or EU Residency)
• B1/B2 Visa (mandatory where applicable)
• Previous yacht experience in the applied position preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a multinational crew
