Job Description:
A yacht management company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth vessel operations, delivering high-standard guest services, maintaining technical systems, and supporting both interior and deck activities onboard. The roles require professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous yacht experience who are looking to grow within a dynamic and service-oriented team.

Open Positions:

•  2nd Officer – DOE 
•  Deck / Engineer – USD 7,000 
•  Deckhand – EUR 3,500 
•  Sous / 2nd Chef – USD 6,000 
•  Cook / Crew Chef – USD 6,000 
•  Chief Steward – DOE 
•  Head of Service – USD 6,500 
•  Service Steward – DOE 
•  Housekeeping Steward – DOE 
•  Spa Therapist / Steward – DOE 
•  Steward – USD 4,000 
•  Steward / Masseur – EUR 3,800 
•  2nd Steward – DOE 

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW certification and seafarer documentation 
•  Previous experience in the same rank on motor yachts preferred 
•  Valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent) 
•  Good command of English 
•  High standards of hospitality and guest service skills 
•  Ability to work in a multicultural team environment 
•  Flexible, well-presented, and service-oriented attitude
