Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the position, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing all tasks relevant to the assigned department (interior, deck, spa, or engineering)
• Ensuring high standards of guest service and onboard presentation
• Maintaining equipment and work areas in excellent condition
• Supporting operations during guest trips, charters, and watersports activities
• Following safety procedures and participating in mandatory drills
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant experience in the yachting industry (minimum experience may vary by position)
• Professional references and strong interpersonal skills
